Using this website.
You may use this website to learn about The Mobile Hospitality Company LLC and request information about our services. Please use the website lawfully and do not copy, disrupt, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
Our dry-hire service model.
We provide mobile hospitality services on a dry-hire basis. The client provides the alcohol for the event. We provide the bartender or hospitality staff, service planning, setup, bar tools, and the agreed event support. Specific services, staffing, timing, fees, and equipment are confirmed in the booking agreement or written proposal.
Bookings and deposits.
A consultation or inquiry does not reserve a date. A booking becomes confirmed when we have accepted the event details, both parties have agreed to the service terms, and any required deposit or payment has been received. Deposits, balances, cancellation terms, and changes are handled as described in the applicable proposal or booking agreement.
Client responsibilities.
The client is responsible for providing accurate event information, a safe and workable service area, access to the venue at the agreed times, and the alcohol and other client-supplied items described in the booking agreement. The client must ensure that the event follows all applicable local alcohol laws and that alcohol is served only to guests of legal drinking age. The client is responsible for venue permissions, permits, and any required insurance unless the booking agreement says otherwise.
Liability limits.
We will provide services with reasonable care and professionalism. To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Mobile Hospitality Company LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability related to a booking will not exceed the amount paid to us for that booking, except where a greater amount is required by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
