We may decline or limit a service request if the event, venue, date, location, requested activity, or other circumstances are not suitable for our services.

Our dry-hire service model.

The Mobile Hospitality Company LLC is a dry-hire service provider.

The client must provide all alcohol for the event. We do not sell, supply, or include alcohol in our services. We do not purchase alcohol on the client’s behalf. We do provide the client with an alcohol shopping list tailored to their event so they know what to get and how much of it.

The client is responsible for:

  • Purchasing or otherwise lawfully obtaining all alcohol;

  • Delivering or arranging for delivery of the alcohol to the event location;

  • Providing an appropriate quantity and selection of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and non-alcoholic beverages unless those items are included in the written booking;

  • Ensuring that all alcohol is lawfully possessed and permitted at the event;

  • Maintaining control of the alcohol before, during, and after the event; and

  • Removing or properly disposing of any remaining alcohol after the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We do not guarantee that the client’s selected alcohol, quantities, or beverage menu will be sufficient for the event. We do recommend quantities or supplies as a professional courtesy, but the client remains responsible for final purchasing decisions.

We may refuse to open, serve, or handle alcohol that appears unsafe, unlawfully obtained, improperly stored, contaminated, tampered with, or inconsistent with the event’s approved service plan.

Responsible Alcohol Service.

Our staff may refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated, is behaving dangerously or abusively, cannot provide adequate proof of legal drinking age, or otherwise presents a safety or legal concern.

Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the legal drinking age. In Nevada, the legal drinking age is 21. Guests may be required to present valid identification before being served.

We may stop alcohol service, remove alcohol from service, or leave an event if we reasonably believe that:

  • Alcohol is being provided to a minor;

  • A guest is intoxicated or presents a safety risk;

  • The client, venue, or guest is violating applicable law;

  • The event has become unsafe, threatening, or abusive;

  • The venue does not permit the planned service; or

  • Continuing service could expose our staff, the client, guests, or the company to unreasonable risk.

If alcohol service is stopped for these reasons, the client remains responsible for all amounts due under the applicable booking documents. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or duties imposed by applicable law.

Quotes, Bookings, Retainers, & Agreements.

A quote or proposal is an estimate of available services and pricing. It is not a confirmed booking unless and until the client completes the required booking steps.

A booking is confirmed only when:

  1. The client accepts the applicable quote and executes the service agreement or contract;

  2. The required retainer or full payment is received;

  3. Any required event information, forms, insurance documents, venue approvals, or other materials are provided.

Client responsibilities.

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the event, including:

  • Event date, time, location, and estimated guest count;

  • Venue rules and restrictions;

  • Access, loading, parking, setup, and breakdown instructions;

  • The event schedule and service timeline;

  • The location and condition of the service area;

  • Available electricity, water, refrigeration, tables, lighting, and other required resources;

  • The requested beverage menu and service style;

  • Any known safety, accessibility, security, or guest-related concerns; and

  • The identity and contact information of the person authorized to make event decisions.

The client must:

  • Obtain all permits, licenses, approvals, and permissions required for the event;

  • Confirm that the venue permits alcohol service, bartending, rentals, printing, and any related activities;

  • Comply with all venue rules and applicable federal, state, and local laws;

  • Ensure that the event location is reasonably safe and suitable for our staff and equipment;

  • Provide timely access to the venue for setup, service, and breakdown;

  • Prevent harassment, violence, threats, discrimination, or unsafe conduct toward our staff;

  • Ensure that guests and other vendors do not misuse, damage, or remove company property;

  • Make an authorized representative available during the event; and

  • Pay all applicable charges, fees, deposits, taxes, travel charges, overtime, replacement costs, and other amounts stated in the booking documents.

We may rely on the information supplied by the client. We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, service limitations, or other problems caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information.

Venue Access & Event Conditions.

The client must ensure that the venue is ready for setup at the agreed arrival time and that our staff can safely perform the services.

If the venue is inaccessible, unprepared, unsafe, or materially different from the information provided by the client, we may delay, modify, suspend, or cancel the affected services. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, overtime, relocation, extra labor, additional transportation, or other work caused by those conditions.

The client is responsible for obtaining venue approval for our equipment, mobile bar, rentals, printing materials, and staff. The client must also provide any required permits or venue documentation before the event when requested.

Pricing & Payment.

Prices are based on the services, staffing, location, event duration, rentals, printing requirements, guest count, and other information available when the quote is prepared.

The client agrees to pay all amounts stated in the applicable quote, invoice, proposal, or service agreement, including any applicable:

  • Booking deposits;

  • Remaining balances;

  • Taxes;

  • Delivery, travel, or mileage charges;

  • Setup and breakdown charges;

  • Overtime;

  • Additional staffing fees;

  • Rental charges;

  • Replacement or damage charges;

  • Rush or redesign fees for printing; and

  • Other approved event-related charges.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, all payments must be made by the deadlines shown on the invoice or booking documents.

A retainer may be required to reserve a date. A retainer is applied as stated in the applicable booking documents and may be nonrefundable where permitted by law.

If payment is late, we may suspend preparation, withhold rentals or printed materials, modify staffing, cancel the booking, or decline to perform services. The client remains responsible for amounts owed and any collection costs permitted by law.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Refunds.

Cancellations, rescheduling requests, deposits, refunds, credits, and related charges are governed by our applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy and the cancellation terms included in the client’s booking documents.

The client should review those terms before booking. A cancellation or rescheduling request is not effective until it is received and confirmed in writing by The Mobile Hospitality Company LLC.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require additional charges. Custom printing, personalized products, completed preparation, purchased materials, special-order rentals, and other costs already incurred may be nonrefundable.

If we must cancel or cannot perform because of circumstances within our reasonable control, our responsibility will be limited to the remedies stated in the applicable booking documents and required by law. If performance is prevented by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the event may be treated as an event affected by force majeure under Section 14.

Event Rentals.

Rental items remain the property of The Mobile Hospitality Company LLC or the applicable owner unless expressly sold to the client in writing.

The client is responsible for rental items from the time of delivery or placement until the items are returned to and accepted by us. The client must:

  • Use rental items only for their intended purpose;

  • Keep rental items at the approved event location;

  • Protect rental items from loss, theft, weather, misuse, spills, fire, or damage;

  • Not alter, repair, move, sell, lend, or permit unauthorized use of rental items; and

  • Return all items in the condition in which they were provided, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

The client may be charged for missing, lost, stolen, damaged, excessively soiled, or destroyed rental items, including reasonable repair, replacement, cleaning, transportation, and labor costs.

We may substitute a comparable rental item if the originally requested item becomes unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the client of any material substitution.

Custom Party Printing.

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all text, names, dates, spelling, colors, quantities, design selections, and other details for custom printing.

We are not responsible for errors that appear in materials after the client has approved a proof or failed to timely review a proof. The client must obtain permission to use any names, logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, copyrighted material, or other content supplied for printing.

We may refuse content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate for production.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, custom printed items cannot be returned or refunded after production has begun because they are personalized for the client.

  • Use the website to send spam or unauthorized marketing communications.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or other reasons.

Force Majeure.

We are not responsible for delay, interruption, modification, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, natural disaster, public health emergency, governmental action, labor disruption, transportation interruption, venue closure, utility failure, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, unexpected illness, accident, or other events that make performance unsafe, unlawful, or impracticable.

If a force majeure event affects an event, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the client and determine whether the services can be postponed, modified, relocated, or otherwise performed safely. Additional costs may apply to a rescheduled or modified event.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from a specific booking or service will not exceed the amount actually paid to The Mobile Hospitality Company LLC for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting.

Indemnification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Mobile Hospitality Company LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, staff, agents, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or related to:

  • Alcohol purchased, supplied, stored, or controlled by the client or guests;

  • The conduct of the client, guests, venue, or other vendors;

  • Damage to or loss of rental items while in the client’s care;

  • Content supplied by the client for custom printing or website use;

  • The client’s violation of another person’s rights; or

  • Unsafe, unlawful, or unauthorized use of our services or property.

This obligation does not require the client to indemnify us for claims caused by our own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be shifted.
